Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers:

Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. This energy comes from a higher dimension than our own. When I bring through Sanaya's words, I am "tapping in" to Higher Consciousness. I am allowing that Consciousness to express itself through my body: through my brain, through my vocal cords, my arms, my hands, and also through my pen. Sanaya would not need a name, except for our human need to put labels on things and place our experiences into well-defined boxes. Sanaya takes us outside the box into a dimension where we come face to face with our higher selves. To hear the words of Sanaya as they come through ... to sit in the presence of that energy ... is a palpable experience of higher vibration ... of love. To read Sanaya's words can have the same result when you tune in to that finer energy as you read." The Only Battle That Matters

Respond to all problems with love. It is the only way to find true peace. Yes, you always have a choice. Revert to the lower vibrations and lash out in self-protection, but what does that do for you? It only builds a wall of separation around you. Watch your thoughts carefully. If you find yourself clenching a fist and walling off your heart, your thoughts are the cause of this—not the actions of another. Step back away from the role of a solitary soldier and watch the battle scene from afar. What point is there in this scene? Who will come out the winner? Neither, as long as they do not walk off arm in arm.

Respond only with love—your greatest weapon against darkness—your only enemy.

  1. "Respond only with love." Open up the chakras and let the love flow to all. Find the good in people and respond with love in all situations.

On to experiencing peace today as we let the love flow...

  2. Thank you for this reminder....

There is always two sides to a situation but if one person responds with anger or spite remember to stay calm and don't "lash out".

"Respond to all problems with love."
