Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers:

Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. This energy comes from a higher dimension than our own. When I bring through Sanaya's words, I am "tapping in" to Higher Consciousness. I am allowing that Consciousness to express itself through my body: through my brain, through my vocal cords, my arms, my hands, and also through my pen. Sanaya would not need a name, except for our human need to put labels on things and place our experiences into well-defined boxes. Sanaya takes us outside the box into a dimension where we come face to face with our higher selves. To hear the words of Sanaya as they come through ... to sit in the presence of that energy ... is a palpable experience of higher vibration ... of love. To read Sanaya's words can have the same result when you tune in to that finer energy as you read." Peace in the Depths

Allow yourself to sink deep. Feel as if falling slowly into a deep chasm. There at the bottom lies total stillness. Away from all distractions there is peace. Just as at the bottom of the ocean, it is still. The disturbances and waves on the surface may still be there far above, but when you settle below, you experience the calm. This is the state you are seeking in meditation. It is a state of unperturbed consciousness.

This deep calm lies within you at all times. When you experience it repeatedly by sitting in the silence, you come to know that this peace is not only a part of you, but it is your natural state. A simple visualization will help you to get there. Be as the pebble that causes ripples with your thoughts on the surface, then surrender and sink slowly to the peaceful bottom of the sea of consciousness. Allow your mind to settle there for a while on a regular basis and far more peaceful will be your days.

  1. A beautiful visualization today and one I will try...be the pebble that sinks to the bottom of the sea.

On to finding peace within today and always...

  2. Beautiful notes on meditation....I like the way sea and waves are used to describe our "conciousness" and peace.

"A simple visualization will help you to get there."
