Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers:

Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. This energy comes from a higher dimension than our own. When I bring through Sanaya's words, I am "tapping in" to Higher Consciousness. I am allowing that Consciousness to express itself through my body: through my brain, through my vocal cords, my arms, my hands, and also through my pen. Sanaya would not need a name, except for our human need to put labels on things and place our experiences into well-defined boxes. Sanaya takes us outside the box into a dimension where we come face to face with our higher selves. To hear the words of Sanaya as they come through ... to sit in the presence of that energy ... is a palpable experience of higher vibration ... of love. To read Sanaya's words can have the same result when you tune in to that finer energy as you read." Your Vital Role

Note from Suzanne: For those new to this blog, please know that like Sanaya's daily messages, the poetry flows non-stop in mere minutes while in a state of meditation. Enjoy!

Lights come on. The stage is lit.
Where in this drama do you fit?
Are you to be a small, bit actor,
Or in your life a major factor?

Do not discount your vital role.
So important is your soul.
For each such love he has to share,
And in this way your soul lay bare.

Yes, on a stage you do this act
Where all can see how you react
To life’s ordeals—the ups and downs
In which you play both victims and clowns.

When all the acting gets too hard,
Step off the stage and just regard
The drama and action and stage design
While you consider your next vital line.

Don’t get wrapped up in all the drama,
The murder and mayhem and also the trauma.
Watch with compassion as life goes by
On the stage where nothing can ever really die.
