Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers:

Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. This energy comes from a higher dimension than our own. When I bring through Sanaya's words, I am "tapping in" to Higher Consciousness. I am allowing that Consciousness to express itself through my body: through my brain, through my vocal cords, my arms, my hands, and also through my pen. Sanaya would not need a name, except for our human need to put labels on things and place our experiences into well-defined boxes. Sanaya takes us outside the box into a dimension where we come face to face with our higher selves. To hear the words of Sanaya as they come through ... to sit in the presence of that energy ... is a palpable experience of higher vibration ... of love. To read Sanaya's words can have the same result when you tune in to that finer energy as you read." Waves

Note from Suzanne: I am participating in a special retreat from March 2nd to the 8th. I will be spending much time in meditation with Sanaya, but far less time on the computer. To optimize this experience (and at the advice of friends) this week will feature past postings from Sanaya which others have highlighted as favorites. New postings will resume on March 9th. Love and blessings to all ...

From Sunday, May 20, 2012

Do not grow weary in your quest to heal the world. The world is in you. You can give and give and give and oft feel you make no difference. This is not so. Every ripple of love you send out is felt. Soon these ripples become waves. No one knows the source of the waves, and it matters not. What matters is that the waves bring healing.

Start a tidal wave of love. It begins with you. Do not worry that there is so much to do, so much to overcome. Simply continue to send out the ripples, knowing that they go on, spreading outward and having a positive effect.
