Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers:

Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. This energy comes from a higher dimension than our own. When I bring through Sanaya's words, I am "tapping in" to Higher Consciousness. I am allowing that Consciousness to express itself through my body: through my brain, through my vocal cords, my arms, my hands, and also through my pen. Sanaya would not need a name, except for our human need to put labels on things and place our experiences into well-defined boxes. Sanaya takes us outside the box into a dimension where we come face to face with our higher selves. To hear the words of Sanaya as they come through ... to sit in the presence of that energy ... is a palpable experience of higher vibration ... of love. To read Sanaya's words can have the same result when you tune in to that finer energy as you read." Alchemy

Mastery of your emotions is not suppression, but recognition of what you are feeling, acknowledgment of the cause and source of those thoughts, and making the conscious choice of transmuting that thought to one with the highest vibration.  Doing so is the true meaning of alchemy.  You can and do experience thoughts from both extremes of vibrations whilst in human form.  You find balance by then balancing the human side with your soul nature.

The human being is a test tube in an emotional laboratory, always mixing a bit of this and that:  happy and sad, angry and peaceful, loving and spiteful.  Will the concoction boil over or settle nicely in the tube?  Shake things up a bit and see what happens.  That is why you are here.  You may or may not find balance whilst focused on the experiment, but step outside the laboratory.  Rise above it to the balcony of the observatory and there decide which action caused the optimum reaction.  Write up your findings in the record of the soul, then return to the laboratory for further research, experimentation, learning, and growth through the choices you now make.

A laboratory can be a hazardous place.  At times the mix can be explosive.  But never forget that you have life … eternal life ... outside the laboratory where you can retreat at any time by merely focusing on that greater aspect of you that is spirit.
