Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers:

Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. This energy comes from a higher dimension than our own. When I bring through Sanaya's words, I am "tapping in" to Higher Consciousness. I am allowing that Consciousness to express itself through my body: through my brain, through my vocal cords, my arms, my hands, and also through my pen. Sanaya would not need a name, except for our human need to put labels on things and place our experiences into well-defined boxes. Sanaya takes us outside the box into a dimension where we come face to face with our higher selves. To hear the words of Sanaya as they come through ... to sit in the presence of that energy ... is a palpable experience of higher vibration ... of love. To read Sanaya's words can have the same result when you tune in to that finer energy as you read." Finding Freedom

What is your greatest challenge from the ego?  Is it fear?  Is it impatience?  Is it guilt?  Is it forgiveness?  Need we go on?  You know what it is that keeps you feeling trapped, and it is a result of ego wanting you to keep the focus on the illusory self—on the illusion of being separate from the Source.  How do you find freedom from this challenge that brings you angst?  Take whatever knowingness you have now of yourself as spirit and place it there.  With the focus on the soul you find peace, love, and freedom.

While the ego and the soul may seem to exist simultaneously, one is illusion and the other the only reality there is.  Just like a dream that disappears like mist when you try to remember it, the ego and its perceived faults fade away when you bring into your conscious awareness that you are spirit—one with All That Is.  You may need to remind yourself of this Truth over and over throughout the day, but this is the path to freedom.
