Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers:

Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. This energy comes from a higher dimension than our own. When I bring through Sanaya's words, I am "tapping in" to Higher Consciousness. I am allowing that Consciousness to express itself through my body: through my brain, through my vocal cords, my arms, my hands, and also through my pen. Sanaya would not need a name, except for our human need to put labels on things and place our experiences into well-defined boxes. Sanaya takes us outside the box into a dimension where we come face to face with our higher selves. To hear the words of Sanaya as they come through ... to sit in the presence of that energy ... is a palpable experience of higher vibration ... of love. To read Sanaya's words can have the same result when you tune in to that finer energy as you read." Checking In

How many times throughout your busy day do you think about one who is not physically present, such as a dear friend or parent?  If you are honest, you will admit that at times you can spend most of a day so fully focused on your own life that one who is beloved by you does not come to mind.  This is how it often is with your unseen helpers in spirit.  They are there to lead and guide you, but so busy do you become and so focused on your physical world that it becomes easy to forget your other Team.  In so doing, you are missing out on a vital source of assistance.  Take a break every now and then—a vital love break—to reconnect with the greater aspect of you.  It need not detract from your busy schedule.  That five minutes that you would take to check your messages, you could check in with your higher self.  Do this several times a day.  Take a spirit break, and you will find the connection quite refreshing.
