Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers:

Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. This energy comes from a higher dimension than our own. When I bring through Sanaya's words, I am "tapping in" to Higher Consciousness. I am allowing that Consciousness to express itself through my body: through my brain, through my vocal cords, my arms, my hands, and also through my pen. Sanaya would not need a name, except for our human need to put labels on things and place our experiences into well-defined boxes. Sanaya takes us outside the box into a dimension where we come face to face with our higher selves. To hear the words of Sanaya as they come through ... to sit in the presence of that energy ... is a palpable experience of higher vibration ... of love. To read Sanaya's words can have the same result when you tune in to that finer energy as you read." Rewriting the Past

You are always encouraged to live in the present moment, but at times it is necessary to dip into the past in order to heal.  Go back in your memories to a painful time … one which if you dreamed of it now you would call it a bad dream.  Why do you call it so?  Because of what was missing at the time.  What is missing in all events that cause you intense pain is a focus on the greater reality of which you are a part.  Perhaps at that time you did not know that you are an eternal soul, born in this world for a temporary experience so that the soul may grow.  This awareness changes one’s perspective greatly.

If you found yourself in a nightmarish situation with no other perspective than the human viewpoint, then of course you would despair.  There is such aloneness when you do not remember that you walk with angels.  As you awaken to this Truth, you can go back to the bad-dream memories of your life and relive them through the eyes of the soul.  Infuse them with Christ-love, Buddha mind, soul awareness.  Feel how the dream would have changed had that awareness been present in you and others.

No longer carry past pains to your now-moments.  Rewrite the past with soul awareness and heal the present.

  1. I'm glad for this message today for I sometimes look back. At those moments I wondered if it was healthy but usually felt I was returning so as to learn. I never have seen any of my past experiences as nightmares though and for that I am grateful.
It can be hard to look back and remember the struggles but more often than not I focus on the good memories too. Thank you, Brad
