Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers:

Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. This energy comes from a higher dimension than our own. When I bring through Sanaya's words, I am "tapping in" to Higher Consciousness. I am allowing that Consciousness to express itself through my body: through my brain, through my vocal cords, my arms, my hands, and also through my pen. Sanaya would not need a name, except for our human need to put labels on things and place our experiences into well-defined boxes. Sanaya takes us outside the box into a dimension where we come face to face with our higher selves. To hear the words of Sanaya as they come through ... to sit in the presence of that energy ... is a palpable experience of higher vibration ... of love. To read Sanaya's words can have the same result when you tune in to that finer energy as you read." Comfort

“Oh, don’t do that!” you advise another, when there is no grave danger of harm.  You are simply protecting your beliefs about how things should be done.  Perhaps their actions may cause a bit more work for you.  Perhaps they will necessitate you doing something outside of the norm.  Is that so bad?  Which will bring more peace into your life:  allowing others to be comfortable and undisturbed or having it your way?  Is your emotional comfort dependent upon others’ actions?  If so, then we could rightly shout at you, “Don’t do that!” and insist that you change, but perhaps you would like to come to that decision yourself.

  1. I have the freedom to allow! Living love is allowing. Let go and allow God. ALL That Is gives me the freedom to allow. Thank You, my ALL! My burdens disappear when I simply allow! Now, isn't THAT interesting!

  2. I have let go and allowed God for the past 5 years, and it has led me to open my eyes and see how I now have a great mess to clean up literally. Not judging, not putting over value on material possessions has as I see it, used me as a tool in others lives to be used as a vessel for a miracle for another person or person who may be affected by my (living love allowing, letting go and allow God). It is also a result of being raised Catholic, being loyal, and just having something inside die with the loss of a loved one. Now I am the one suffering by my non actions of just allowing and letting go because I didn't say I wanted it my way.

    1. There is a line between allowing others to take advantage of you and allowing others to learn from their own actions. I believe Sanaya is advising us to not meddle or feel we must "have it our way" when an action causes no harm or disturbance. It sounds from your comment that there have been true disturbances, in which case speaking up would bring more peace. They always advise us to check how something feels in our heart and follow those promptings. I am sorry for the situation you find yourself in.
