Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers:

Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. This energy comes from a higher dimension than our own. When I bring through Sanaya's words, I am "tapping in" to Higher Consciousness. I am allowing that Consciousness to express itself through my body: through my brain, through my vocal cords, my arms, my hands, and also through my pen. Sanaya would not need a name, except for our human need to put labels on things and place our experiences into well-defined boxes. Sanaya takes us outside the box into a dimension where we come face to face with our higher selves. To hear the words of Sanaya as they come through ... to sit in the presence of that energy ... is a palpable experience of higher vibration ... of love. To read Sanaya's words can have the same result when you tune in to that finer energy as you read." Out of Frustration

Where there is anger there is an expectation.  Where there is an expectation, ego is present.  Attachment to outcome is of the ego, the human side of you, not the soul.  The soul says, “And so it is.”  The human says, “I must have it this way or that.”  What you can expect with such an attitude is great joy or great frustration, but rarely peace.

Most do not realize when attached to outcome that you have a choice of eyes with which to see:  those of the human or those of the soul.  This is true in all cases, in every moment of your life.  The journey from ego to the soul is what spiritual awakening is all about.  Frustration and anger are signposts to let you know far you have come and how far you yet have to travel.

  1. Suzanne,
Please ask Sanaya for a prayer I can say to help the all the people affected by war, injustice, etc.
I feel so helpless when I watch the news and I want the words that will really help lessen the pain and despair I see. I hope you do see this and answer.
