Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers:

Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. This energy comes from a higher dimension than our own. When I bring through Sanaya's words, I am "tapping in" to Higher Consciousness. I am allowing that Consciousness to express itself through my body: through my brain, through my vocal cords, my arms, my hands, and also through my pen. Sanaya would not need a name, except for our human need to put labels on things and place our experiences into well-defined boxes. Sanaya takes us outside the box into a dimension where we come face to face with our higher selves. To hear the words of Sanaya as they come through ... to sit in the presence of that energy ... is a palpable experience of higher vibration ... of love. To read Sanaya's words can have the same result when you tune in to that finer energy as you read." Good Habits

You brush your teeth every day.  This avoids a bad taste and sticky feeling.  Not all of you floss, for the results are not immediate.  If it weren't for the bad taste and breath, not all of you would even brush.  We apologize for the very mundane analogy, but do you see our point?  Often the human needs a negative to propel you to do something positive.  You may know that an action is good for you, but fail to take it if the reward is not instantaneous.
Know that every time you send love to one who does not love you in return or immediately give you a loving response, you are helping yourself and that other.  It is like flossing the teeth.  You have removed that which is damaging, in the way of lesser vibrations.  You are helping the soul to shine.  It is a good habit to get into every day—this sending out your love instead of holding it inside for only the most worthy.
Shine on as brightly as possible.  You will find that once you have developed the habit, the rewards are, in fact, nearly instantaneous and far more far-reaching than you realize.
