As Close as Your Phone

You fly in the air in a man-made machine and think nothing of it.  What of your ancestors who could not imagine such a thing?  The history of your technology is the blink of an eye in the history of mankind.  Do you think your ancestors could have imagined a wireless communication device that allows you to talk across great distances instantaneously? 
Now propel yourself into the future.  Mediums are no longer necessary, for the technology exists to pull the frequency of those who have passed out of thin air and communicate with them in so-called "real time."  "Impossible," you say?  Can you see cell phone waves?  Can you see the television waves?  Can you see the spirit-being waves?  What is the difference? 
All is energy.  You merely need learn how to harness it.  For now you have very few finely tuned instruments called mediums.  Soon you will have one in every household.  And then what will your skeptics say?  We are sorry, but the world is no longer flat.
