Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers:

Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. This energy comes from a higher dimension than our own. When I bring through Sanaya's words, I am "tapping in" to Higher Consciousness. I am allowing that Consciousness to express itself through my body: through my brain, through my vocal cords, my arms, my hands, and also through my pen. Sanaya would not need a name, except for our human need to put labels on things and place our experiences into well-defined boxes. Sanaya takes us outside the box into a dimension where we come face to face with our higher selves. To hear the words of Sanaya as they come through ... to sit in the presence of that energy ... is a palpable experience of higher vibration ... of love. To read Sanaya's words can have the same result when you tune in to that finer energy as you read." Playing God

So often others do not do as you wish.  This to you is frustrating.  It is frustrating for you are playing God.  You think you have the big picture.  Yes, it is true, you are all interconnected, all working for the greater good of the whole, but does a heart cell control a liver cell?  Does a brain cell try to tell a skin cell what to do?  Each has its own role.  Each contributes to the whole.  Yes, it is important to each that the other thrive, but they do mind their own business, for there is higher consciousness running the heart, the liver, the brain, and the skin, and yet an even higher consciousness running the whole show.

You become frustrated when others do not do what you envision they should do, either for their benefit or yours.  Can you find it in yourself to trust that there is a higher consciousness running your show and simply do your best in your role right now?  Life will flow as it is supposed to if you will but let it.

  1. Thank you, Sanaya! I needed to hear this right now to trust in God's plan and to let things unfold as they are meant to.
