Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers:

Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. This energy comes from a higher dimension than our own. When I bring through Sanaya's words, I am "tapping in" to Higher Consciousness. I am allowing that Consciousness to express itself through my body: through my brain, through my vocal cords, my arms, my hands, and also through my pen. Sanaya would not need a name, except for our human need to put labels on things and place our experiences into well-defined boxes. Sanaya takes us outside the box into a dimension where we come face to face with our higher selves. To hear the words of Sanaya as they come through ... to sit in the presence of that energy ... is a palpable experience of higher vibration ... of love. To read Sanaya's words can have the same result when you tune in to that finer energy as you read." Reasons

Cause and effect.  It affects all that you do.  It is a natural law—one that brings great order and predictability to your world.  For every action there is a reaction.  And so, something occurs in your life and you know not why.  Trace it back to the cause.  It is not always apparent or immediate.  Others may be involved, and somehow, at a level you cannot perceive, you are linked.

For every season there is a reason.  Why all the phrases about this one concept?  For it is so very prevalent in life.  What goes around comes around.  It is true.  Your very thoughts are causes.  They set in motion effects.  This is our point.  Pay attention to the causes—your thoughts.  What you think, you become.  Thoughts create.  Thoughts attract.  It is the law of cause and effect.

  1. This is a great reminder to me, right now. My thoughts create my reality.
Staying positive is the key, regardless of what is going on around me.

  2. So if I'm reading this right, one who is dealing with anxiety or depression thought their way into it. So how do they think their way out of it??

    1. To start just observe the negative thinking...for 10 days at least..... Then absorb what your doing to yourself, which is likely re-playing childhood traumas....really seeing the pain you are inflicting will hopefully help motivate you to stop.....then when you reflexively say something negative mindfully think of a more realistic and kind way to think about the situation...there are a lot of cognitive behavioral books out there to help with more positive thoughts...try the feeling handbook by David Burns...or see a self help section of a bookstore.....do ask for professional support if you are struggling.....I wish anyone on the journey hardwork, patience and self-kindness......oh and I hear adding a spiritual component to healing works too - a spiritual component usually prevents subsequent relapses of anxiety and depression. ...do pay attention to what your own inner wisdom thinks as well .....sanya likely would agree as we always are being supported...we just have to be quiet and listen, trust and allow
