Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers:

Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. This energy comes from a higher dimension than our own. When I bring through Sanaya's words, I am "tapping in" to Higher Consciousness. I am allowing that Consciousness to express itself through my body: through my brain, through my vocal cords, my arms, my hands, and also through my pen. Sanaya would not need a name, except for our human need to put labels on things and place our experiences into well-defined boxes. Sanaya takes us outside the box into a dimension where we come face to face with our higher selves. To hear the words of Sanaya as they come through ... to sit in the presence of that energy ... is a palpable experience of higher vibration ... of love. To read Sanaya's words can have the same result when you tune in to that finer energy as you read." Nudges

Yes, that song you heard was a sign.  “But how could it have played just for me?” you wonder when millions of others listening to the same station heard it, too, or it was going to play anyway in the queue?  Ah, but you noticed the words, didn’t you?  Why is that?  Because we gave you a nudge—we, your helpers.  “Pay attention!  Listen now!”  And you did, and in so doing you received a kiss from Heaven … some reassurance … perhaps a new way of looking at your situation, or just a reminder that you are not alone and you are loved.  Don’t you love it … the way we work together?  Let the music play on, and when it speaks to you, give us a nod.  We like that.

In Tune

Would you like to be an instrument of God?  Which one?  There are many choices.  You can be a tuba and play loudly, or a delicate flute and play soft and sweet.  You can be a trumpet and blare your message so that all pay attention.  In each case, as the instrument, you need do nothing but allow yourself to be played.

It is a passive action, this art of being played.  It is a matter of allowing the breath of God to flow through you, the instrument, to produce your sounds.  It is your unique nature as a tuba, flute, or trumpet that produces a different tone in each case, but the Breath that flows through is the same … always the same.

Look at all of the instruments around you.  They may play a different tune, but the Source of their sound is the same.  Can you see that?  When you come to know this Source and surrender to it, and allow yourself to be played, then the sound you produce is perfectly in tune with the Sound of creation.

If you experience dissonance in those around you—some flat or sharp notes—now you know why.  Seek to play in tune with the other instruments in your band of brothers and sisters who are most perfectly in tune, of course.  But none of you will be perfectly tuned until you match your pitch with the One who plays every instrument in the band.

Magic

When you are little, you enjoy fantasies of fairy godmothers who sprinkle fairy dust with their magic wands and make miracles happen.  And then what happens?  You grow up, and you put on your suit, and carry your briefcase, and fall into lock-step with the others who no longer talk to the fairies.  Ah, what happened to the magic?  It is still there, my friend.  It has always been there just waiting for you to pick up the wand and sprinkle some around yourself.

When you believe in magic, magic happens.  But what is the definition of magic?  It is not a trick, not deceit, but a lifting of the veil so that the two worlds can unite and together create wonders.  What is in the fairy dust?  A sprinkling of belief and hope, and a huge dash of love.

Believe in magic.  Believe in yourself.  Step out of line, and fly.

Inside the Triangle

Now today we speak of triangles.  You have so many 3’s in your world, and 3 is a magical number.  Body, mind, and spirit; Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.  Three is stable.  You can choose sides in a triangle, but the most powerful point, as in any shape, is at the center.  It is there that all points meet, all sacred shapes converge, and you are one.  Soak up the power of the triangle by seeing yourself at the center of the holy trinity.  It is not a triangle at all, but merely different facets of the circle of Life—the wholeness of which you are part.

Outside the Box

Think outside the box.  That is your greatest lesson.  Do not be normal.  Do not follow the crowd.  They will lead you right back into the box.  Think in terms of no terms.  Try new ideas and concepts, and by “new” we mean something that others would not have ever considered.  All is possible.  Create new patterns, draw new shapes, color outside the lines.  The box has boundaries; the circle is ever expanding.

In Good Time

All in good time.  All in good time.  What is your hurry?  Are you not enjoying this moment now?  If not, then stop and ask yourself, “Why not?”  There is a reason that what you want so badly is not here right now.  It is all in perfect order, my friend.  When you can relax and trust that this is so, you will truly enjoy every moment.  In fact, you will enjoy it more fully than ever before, and then you will have a truly good time, all in good time.

What's Their Story?

Everyone has a story.  If you passed a hundred strangers on the street you would hear one hundred fascinating tales.  Yet how many of you take the time to ask, more interested are you in your own story and how it is unfolding.  Step beyond your own life and into another's for a glimpse at how Spirit manifests in myriad ways.  You have much to learn, but little learning takes place when you limit your horizons to your own personal universe.  It is quite understandable that the human is self-centered, but dive into the center of the other universes around you.

Stretching

When you stretch something to make it fit, it feels uncomfortable, does it not?  The same is true whether you speak of clothing, circumstances, or words.  Stretching can be a good thing if it causes growth.  Simply be aware of your emotions as you stretch anything and always be true to yourself.

For the Thrill of It

This is going to be fun, you think and there you are right.  Buckle your seatbelt and get ready for the ride.  The ride of your life?  Yes, that is what you could call it.  And yes, at times it is like a roller coaster.  Think of your life in these terms:  You went to an amusement park and got on a thrill ride knowing that parts of it would be frightening, knowing it would go up and down, and knowing you would get tossed around a bit and maybe even bruised.  But what else did you know?  That in the end you would get off that ride and be thrilled, elated even, and proud of yourself for having done so.  And after you catch your breath, what do you do?  You get back on the ride and do it again.  We hope you are smiling, for we most certainly are, and we are right in the seat beside you.

Melt

You are really just a puddle of water.  Did you know that?  We do not mean this literally, but certainly you are not as solid as you seem.  Can you allow yourself to melt into that puddle?  What happens now in your liquefied state?  Why, now you can flow.  Where before you encountered obstacles, for your bulk and solidness did not allow you to move ahead, now you flow easily through the cracks, or around, or under, or even over, depending on how grand of a puddle you choose to be.  Melt, my friend, for all is not as hard as you make it out to be.

On Fire

Your heart’s on fire.  What does that mean?  When the light that burns in all of you like a pilot light that never goes out suddenly turns up, you feel it.  You are suddenly filled with overwhelming joy, but not joy based on some ephemeral human experience that will come and go.  No.  Your heart is on fire when you suddenly see the light in all others and want nothing more than to join your light with theirs.  What happens when you connect multiple spots along a ribbon wick?  The flame migrates outward along the length of it until it becomes one conjoined, dancing flame.  May the fire in you come alive today and dance.

Steady as She Goes

Your life can change in an instant.  One moment things are going along steadily, and the next moment there is tumult.  This can be perceived as very good or very bad, depending upon your view.  How do you handle the change without getting knocked off your feet?  Retreat to the place that never changes, where peace prevails.  Go into the silence and dissolve.  Release your focus on the tumult and focus instead on the treasure that lies within the heart.  Do this as often as necessary to remain centered and grounded, and you will never lose focus of what truly matters.

Please

If someone says a good thing about you, does that make you feel good?  If someone says a bad thing about you, does that make you feel bad?  Why do you care?  If others’ opinions or statements cause you to go up and down like a thermometer, then perhaps you might want to examine that.  Do you like being mercurial?  It is not necessary when you realize that your thoughts cause your feelings.

What do you wish to feel?  What do you wish to convey to the world?  Examine your motives.  Are you trying to please the world or simply please God?  The thing is, you do not need to please God, for there is no Supreme Being who judges you.  There is simply “being,” and when you can clear away all of the muddiness from slogging through emotions, all that remains is love.  In that case, what does it matter what others think or say?

“Please God, may I love myself today, no matter what.  And in so doing, I can then be the presence of Love, which is all that matters.”

Alchemy

Mastery of your emotions is not suppression, but recognition of what you are feeling, acknowledgment of the cause and source of those thoughts, and making the conscious choice of transmuting that thought to one with the highest vibration.  Doing so is the true meaning of alchemy.  You can and do experience thoughts from both extremes of vibrations whilst in human form.  You find balance by then balancing the human side with your soul nature.

The human being is a test tube in an emotional laboratory, always mixing a bit of this and that:  happy and sad, angry and peaceful, loving and spiteful.  Will the concoction boil over or settle nicely in the tube?  Shake things up a bit and see what happens.  That is why you are here.  You may or may not find balance whilst focused on the experiment, but step outside the laboratory.  Rise above it to the balcony of the observatory and there decide which action caused the optimum reaction.  Write up your findings in the record of the soul, then return to the laboratory for further research, experimentation, learning, and growth through the choices you now make.

A laboratory can be a hazardous place.  At times the mix can be explosive.  But never forget that you have life … eternal life ... outside the laboratory where you can retreat at any time by merely focusing on that greater aspect of you that is spirit.

Waves

Why does one thought pop into your mind at the same time it pops into another’s?  For it does not originate in your mind.  You equate the mind with your brain.  The brain is merely a processor of consciousness.  In fact, it is a product of consciousness, as is all that exists.  Often an unseen helper or a loved one on the other side wishes to help you, and so they manipulate waves of energy (consciousness) so that you have a thought.  You take credit for this thought, and then when the subject or object of this thought comes into your experience within a short period of time you are surprised and often amazed.  Be grateful rather than surprised at how connected you are with All That Is.  It is one great web of Consciousness.  Tap into that web and learn just how powerful you are.  But do not let that power go to your head.  Let it go to your heart, and then miracles will truly happen.

Floating Free

We have advised you repeatedly to surrender if you wish to have greater experiences of a greater reality.  What do we mean by this word “surrender”?  Let go of old concepts that bring you fear.  Let go of your doubts.  Let go of concerns of what others will think.  Let go of anything that is less than love(ing).  Fear, doubts, concern, non-love … what do these sound like to you?  Traits of the ego.

Now, do not judge the ego, poor thing.  He is only doing his job to help you to learn and grow.  It is when you identify yourself with him that you get in trouble.  You are not that lesser being.  You are a magnificent, shining light who has no fear, no doubts, no concerns, and who is nothing less than love.  When you remember to surrender your attachment to ego—when you can let go of the grip he has on your hand, then you will float ever higher, and we promise you that you will not fall.

Blink!

You are like a firefly, blinking on and off.  Your light never actually goes out.  It shines in your other home where Light prevails.  When you blink here in human form, you bring that Light with you, so shine on.

This blinking on and off occurs so rapidly that you appear as a solid, ongoing presence to yourself and those around you.  But do you not know that you are human and spirit at the same time?  What you learn here you constantly feed back at the spirit level when you blink out.  On and off, on and off.  It is a self-informing system and all carried out by way of the Light of your consciousness.  We delight in envisioning the pleasure you will experience when you finally see how it all works.  For now, simply turn up your love light and shine.

Without Shame

Do you realize how closely all of you identify with your bodies?  “This is who I am,” you say.  But this is only part of you, and a miniscule part at that.  Yet this part of you to which you give so much value, you devalue.  You cover it in clothes and give the clothes more value than the body.  You consider certain parts of the body so little valued that they must be covered at all cost or there would be shame.  If you do not like the body’s size or shape, there is even greater shame.  What a shame!

All parts of you are valuable.  Realize today, however, that the body is only one aspect of the self.  It is a tool used by the spirit for greater learning.  Oh, what opportunities it offers you.  How could you serve your body better and vice versa?  But more important to ask is how could you focus less on the body and more on love?

With Compassion

And so you are embarrassed by another’s behavior.  What they did or do brings attention to them and perhaps others will talk about this.  Can you look upon them with compassion … with understanding?  Can you see the pain which causes their behavior?  They may not recognize the pain themselves, but it is there.  Now, if you allow their pain to cause you pain, where is the good in that?  Compassion is the opposite of disapproval.  It is the antidote for embarrassment.  It says, I know you are hurting, and I may not be able to change you, but I can send you and myself love, and that changes everything for the better.

Note from Suzanne:  Just as I was typing this, John Legend was on the radio singing, “’cause all of me loves all of you … all your perfect imperfections …”  Gotta love it.

Finding Freedom

What is your greatest challenge from the ego?  Is it fear?  Is it impatience?  Is it guilt?  Is it forgiveness?  Need we go on?  You know what it is that keeps you feeling trapped, and it is a result of ego wanting you to keep the focus on the illusory self—on the illusion of being separate from the Source.  How do you find freedom from this challenge that brings you angst?  Take whatever knowingness you have now of yourself as spirit and place it there.  With the focus on the soul you find peace, love, and freedom.

While the ego and the soul may seem to exist simultaneously, one is illusion and the other the only reality there is.  Just like a dream that disappears like mist when you try to remember it, the ego and its perceived faults fade away when you bring into your conscious awareness that you are spirit—one with All That Is.  You may need to remind yourself of this Truth over and over throughout the day, but this is the path to freedom.
