Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers:

Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. This energy comes from a higher dimension than our own. When I bring through Sanaya's words, I am "tapping in" to Higher Consciousness. I am allowing that Consciousness to express itself through my body: through my brain, through my vocal cords, my arms, my hands, and also through my pen. Sanaya would not need a name, except for our human need to put labels on things and place our experiences into well-defined boxes. Sanaya takes us outside the box into a dimension where we come face to face with our higher selves. To hear the words of Sanaya as they come through ... to sit in the presence of that energy ... is a palpable experience of higher vibration ... of love. To read Sanaya's words can have the same result when you tune in to that finer energy as you read." Refresh Your Soul

See the beauty in all things.
Hear the song that nature sings.
All of life exists to show
That which inside you all do know.

Had you the opportunity, as some have had, to listen to the sound of your earthly crickets singing at a higher rate of vibration, you would hear in their song the voice of God. Like a choir of angels, the crickets sing to take you back to your rightly home—loved eternally in a place that knows no bounds of love—in the realm of spirit.

Praise nature and its beauty. Sit in the midst of this beauty as often as you can and celebrate your beauty. Return to your origins simply by immersing yourself in love and beauty, and thus refresh your soul.

  1. We are reminded today to "refresh our souls." Listen to the sounds of Spirit in the silence. Feel the warmth of the golden light as it heals. See the beauty of All That Is.

On to embracing life today as we let the Love flow through us to our world...
