Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. This energy comes from a higher dimension than our own. When I bring through Sanaya's words, I am "tapping in" to Higher Consciousness. I am allowing that Consciousness to express itself through my body: through my brain, through my vocal cords, my arms, my hands, and also through my pen. Sanaya would not need a name, except for our human need to put labels on things and place our experiences into well-defined boxes. Look Up

Note from Suzanne: We are leaving today on our five month, 10,000 mile book and documentary tour. There may be days when lack of an internet signal does not allow me to post Sanaya's message first thing in the morning. Lift up your eyes to the sky.  In so doing, you are activating the highest energy centers within the energy body.  This physical act of looking upward is like a light switch.  You need not open the physical eyes to do this.  Merely shift your internal vision to the crown and the location of the third eye.  There is an actual energetic shift that takes place.  After making this shift, say your prayers.  Make your requests and give your thanks from this spot—the God Spot. 
 
Yes, God is in all places at all times, but with the consciousness deliberately shifted and focused in the location of the highest frequencies, it is far easier to attune to the higher energies which are always around you.
 
Yes, look up to connect with God, but not outside of yourself.  Go within, where God resides—within all things … within you … for you are That.
