Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers:

Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. This energy comes from a higher dimension than our own. When I bring through Sanaya's words, I am "tapping in" to Higher Consciousness. I am allowing that Consciousness to express itself through my body: through my brain, through my vocal cords, my arms, my hands, and also through my pen. Sanaya would not need a name, except for our human need to put labels on things and place our experiences into well-defined boxes. Sanaya takes us outside the box into a dimension where we come face to face with our higher selves. To hear the words of Sanaya as they come through ... to sit in the presence of that energy ... is a palpable experience of higher vibration ... of love. To read Sanaya's words can have the same result when you tune in to that finer energy as you read." The Body's Wisdom

Dare you strike out on your own, believing what feels right instead of what others tell you? This is a good policy if you have learned to differentiate the voices inside. How does it feel when you follow one voice over another? Always the body will guide you. Does it clench, if only slightly, or is there total surrender and peace? “Surrender” may seem an unusual choice of word, but consider the meaning: to give in, to not fight. The body fights the ego, for the body has wisdom of its own and recognizes the guidance comes not from Spirit. Surrender says, “No need to fight,” and all relaxes.

When faced with a choice or decision, what is your body telling you? Relax or fight? Always choose peace, and you will find peace within as a result.

  1. At some upper reaches, exiting from games through exhilarations to serenity leaves off some needs for any: body, planet, system, galaxy, universe; as "love is letting go of fear," so'd serenity there be the letting go of needs to let go -- such could signal entry to a "Yahweh zone"
