Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers:

Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. This energy comes from a higher dimension than our own. When I bring through Sanaya's words, I am "tapping in" to Higher Consciousness. I am allowing that Consciousness to express itself through my body: through my brain, through my vocal cords, my arms, my hands, and also through my pen. Sanaya would not need a name, except for our human need to put labels on things and place our experiences into well-defined boxes. Sanaya takes us outside the box into a dimension where we come face to face with our higher selves. To hear the words of Sanaya as they come through ... to sit in the presence of that energy ... is a palpable experience of higher vibration ... of love. To read Sanaya's words can have the same result when you tune in to that finer energy as you read." Cleanse

There are times in your life when you feel a need to escape. There is a nagging feeling that tells you, you need time on your own. Honor this. You cannot help others all the time. You swim in a sea of vibration. The waves of those around you touch you and flow through you. This does affect your own vibration.

Get out on your own, if only to walk about for a short period of time. Sit in the silence on your own frequently. Take a bath. Yes, of course you do this regularly, but do this now with the intention of clearing your energy field. Envision the most pure, loving energy of Spirit washing through you, clearing away any vibrations which are not helpful to you. This “energy bath,” taken on a regular basis, will regulate your emotional state and aid your physical health as well.

Do you see how you can minister to yourself when you treat each moment with awareness?

  1. Thank you, Sananya for this reminder that we need to hear again and again to minister to ourselves.

  2. One most amusing realization may juke one's consciousness when one realizes, recognizes, in thorough study of English, that singular word, "alone," as in private meditation, secret prayer and Godly contemplation, derives from two words: "all one"...couldn't be more obvious yet couldn't be more elusive, simultaneously
