Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers:

Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. This energy comes from a higher dimension than our own. When I bring through Sanaya's words, I am "tapping in" to Higher Consciousness. I am allowing that Consciousness to express itself through my body: through my brain, through my vocal cords, my arms, my hands, and also through my pen. Sanaya would not need a name, except for our human need to put labels on things and place our experiences into well-defined boxes. Sanaya takes us outside the box into a dimension where we come face to face with our higher selves. To hear the words of Sanaya as they come through ... to sit in the presence of that energy ... is a palpable experience of higher vibration ... of love. To read Sanaya's words can have the same result when you tune in to that finer energy as you read." Free Rein

Cowboys on their horses gallop about the plains with such freedom. Look at the cooperation between man and beast. The horse has something to offer man, and they work together. Man cares for the horse in return.

All of life is about interrelationships and cooperation. Does not the horse have a soul? Your so-called horse whisperers can touch it. In nature, creatures understand cooperation. It is the human who fights the natural order, allowing ego to get in the way.

Do not fight the spirit within. Your body is along for the ride. It is Spirit which gives you freedom. You have the free will to decide if you will combat or cooperate. Will you dig in your spurs when Spirit nudges you or give it free rein?

  1. if spirit only sent emails, I think I would be able to ride the "horse" with more ease, hope, and drive...........it hurts that spirit does not communicate MORE directly

  2. Spirit speaks loud and clear through the intuition. We can help this "voice" to be heard more clearly by training the mind to be quiet through regular meditation. Spirit is just waiting to be heard. No need to hurt!

  3. As it says in A Course In Miracles, the voice for God is, may be quiet at first -- in one's own experience that was because of the noise one's very egoic self was creating...when one can let the world noise levels ease down, through quiet meditation and appreciation of the real Silence -- not just the space between words, but the Space between Worlds...then the voice may quietly direct..and some times not so quietly, indeed one may find God has been laughing at one for some time -- then of a sudden the voice may have become The Voice...like as when Mel Fisher's diving folk found those crusty looking coral pieces were actually gold, on the ocean floor

  4. This encourages me to "saddle up" and give Spirit the reins.
