Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers:

Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. This energy comes from a higher dimension than our own. When I bring through Sanaya's words, I am "tapping in" to Higher Consciousness. I am allowing that Consciousness to express itself through my body: through my brain, through my vocal cords, my arms, my hands, and also through my pen. Sanaya would not need a name, except for our human need to put labels on things and place our experiences into well-defined boxes. Sanaya takes us outside the box into a dimension where we come face to face with our higher selves. To hear the words of Sanaya as they come through ... to sit in the presence of that energy ... is a palpable experience of higher vibration ... of love. To read Sanaya's words can have the same result when you tune in to that finer energy as you read." No Longer the Victim

There will be times in your life when nothing seems to go right, when no one seems to care, when all that you touch turns to mud. This is the law of attraction—a negative spiraling effect—in action. We ask you to be on guard for these times. One negative thought leads to another, and down you go, round and round in the whirlpool, flailing until you think this state is all that is.

You do know better. You have experienced the opposite of desperation. Pure joy is your natural state. Do not ever give up hope that peace and joy can be yours. It is a matter of recognizing when you have entered the victim state. It truly is only a state of mind, but once there, believing you are a victim, your mind holds you there. Only ego plays the victim. It enjoys the role. Spirit knows that victimhood is a powerless state of forgetting how powerful you truly are.

To return to that powerful state of spirit requires not effort, but surrender. It seems a paradox, but it is not. Surrender to God, that Force that gives you life, strength, and love. Effort gives you nothing. Spirit is already present, but it requires recognition of this fact. Be the victim no longer. Be present and allow Spirit to take over. In an instant, the downward spiral reverses and you rise.

  1. For so many years I thought that I could "get anything if I worked hard enough, if I struggled and just kept pushing". How wonderful when I listened to Spirit and realized all my strength was in surrendering to God and allowing Spirit to take the lead!! I pray that all who think they are victims open their hearts to this truth. Thank you Sanaya.

  3. In new age practices, including transactional analysis we may have "operators" and "victims;" for a long time the female parent has usually been the stereotypical "victim," with the male parent being the "operator" and the children? Some practices have shown that such oppositional models walk into the mists of antiquity and come forward with governments and martyrs, crucifiers and crucifixes, schlemiels and menschen, executioners and priests...when we may have a refreshing thought-based link with someone like Jesus or Sanaya what a relief!
