Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers:

Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. This energy comes from a higher dimension than our own. When I bring through Sanaya's words, I am "tapping in" to Higher Consciousness. I am allowing that Consciousness to express itself through my body: through my brain, through my vocal cords, my arms, my hands, and also through my pen. Sanaya would not need a name, except for our human need to put labels on things and place our experiences into well-defined boxes. Sanaya takes us outside the box into a dimension where we come face to face with our higher selves. To hear the words of Sanaya as they come through ... to sit in the presence of that energy ... is a palpable experience of higher vibration ... of love. To read Sanaya's words can have the same result when you tune in to that finer energy as you read." Here Now

You wait for something you hope to happen—a prize you expect to gain—a certain outcome. If it comes to you or not, be here now. Focus on this now moment, where peace resides. When you place your hopes solely on a distant, desired outcome, the now disappears. Where did it go? It was lost in the fog of the future. Here and now is assured. The future is uncertain, because it does not exist. There is only one now moment after another.

When you can maintain your focus fully in the present, savoring each now moment aware of your True Self, then each now moment which follows has a whole new sense of perfection and rightness.

The True Self does not exist in the future. It exists here and now always. Any you that you see in the future or hope for in the future is your human self. There is nothing wrong with this, but when you focus here and now and develop fully your sense of Who you are, the human experience falls into place far more beautifully, with no worry of the future. You realize that all is in perfect order as the now becomes the now becomes the now as Spirit unfolds.

  3. These words were written for me to read today . I so have to learn to live by this. I start today. The past is history, the future is a mystery and today is a gift. That's why it's called the present. I love that saying. :-) What Sanaya says here reminds of that saying. Thank you.

  4. Some people don't believe in time travel -- yet here we are traveling daily from hope to hope: ultimately, we trust, toward full realization and total freedom
