Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers:

Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. This energy comes from a higher dimension than our own. When I bring through Sanaya's words, I am "tapping in" to Higher Consciousness. I am allowing that Consciousness to express itself through my body: through my brain, through my vocal cords, my arms, my hands, and also through my pen. Sanaya would not need a name, except for our human need to put labels on things and place our experiences into well-defined boxes. Sanaya takes us outside the box into a dimension where we come face to face with our higher selves. To hear the words of Sanaya as they come through ... to sit in the presence of that energy ... is a palpable experience of higher vibration ... of love. To read Sanaya's words can have the same result when you tune in to that finer energy as you read." Listen

Purity of thought
and clarity of mind
Lead to ideas that run through your head
That are of the loving kind.

From whence come these thoughts
That you do not control?
The answer is quite simple:
From the center of your soul.

You so often fail to listen
When quiet thoughts they do appear.
For unlike your mental chatter
These subtle thoughts are not so clear.

If only you would train yourself
These softer words to thus discern,
Oh, my children, such a treasure trove of wisdom
You would so quickly earn.

The Voice it seems like part of you
And for this reason you don’t heed
The words it whispers in your ear—
The ones you truly need.

The still, small voice is part of you
Not separate or aloof.
And as you learn to follow it
It will send you, oh, such proof!

“Abide in me!” it calls to you.
“Of you I am a part.
To trust my voice is simple
Merely tune in to your heart.”

  3. The Voice speaks to us all the time, but we think it's our own. It's a matter of learning to trust. Ask your unanswered questions, then judge the answer you hear by how they feel in your heart. Those who feel they get 'nothing" after years of meditation may be waiting for something louder or more profound than the "still, small Voice." Do not be afraid to ask your questions. Do so trusting that you are being heard because you are part of the One to whom you are directing your questions. Then simply relax and trust.

This poem is so true - I have known for a long time that if you have issues or questions God and the spirits will be there to answer them for you. Whether it comes in the form of a dream, through meditation, a thought in your mind or speaking out loud and the words just come from nowhere, you will receive the answers you are in need of. Suzanne, Tom and I are so inspired by you and so enjoy and look forward to every meeting we have with you in person. Thank you for sharing Sanaya, SOAR and every lecture we have attended. Darlene
