Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers:

Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. This energy comes from a higher dimension than our own. When I bring through Sanaya's words, I am "tapping in" to Higher Consciousness. I am allowing that Consciousness to express itself through my body: through my brain, through my vocal cords, my arms, my hands, and also through my pen. Sanaya would not need a name, except for our human need to put labels on things and place our experiences into well-defined boxes. Sanaya takes us outside the box into a dimension where we come face to face with our higher selves. To hear the words of Sanaya as they come through ... to sit in the presence of that energy ... is a palpable experience of higher vibration ... of love. To read Sanaya's words can have the same result when you tune in to that finer energy as you read." Only Light

Be not afraid of the dark. It holds no evil. There is no boogeyman. These are tales passed down to you to frighten you and make you behave a certain way. “Please, could you leave the light on?” Do you see what a tool the imagination is? It sees monsters under the bed when nothing is there.

Fear is a human creation. It goes hand in hand with human power. The only Power you need ever give allegiance to is your very own spiritual strength. You have the Power to turn up your own light and banish the darkness, extinguish all fears. There is no need to turn to another to take away the fear. Use the power of imagination—the motive Force within you, to create a world of brightness. You are safe and loved now and forever more. Know this and see the Light.

  1. There are a lot of translations of Matt 6:22, here's one: "The eye is the lamp of the body. If your eyes are good, your whole body will be full of light." -- another, "The eye is the lamp of the body; so then if your eye is clear, your whole body will be full of light." Somewhere buried in the ideas of that, the eye is the "I" and the "I" needs to be "single" not duplicitous
