Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers:

Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. This energy comes from a higher dimension than our own. When I bring through Sanaya's words, I am "tapping in" to Higher Consciousness. I am allowing that Consciousness to express itself through my body: through my brain, through my vocal cords, my arms, my hands, and also through my pen. Sanaya would not need a name, except for our human need to put labels on things and place our experiences into well-defined boxes. Sanaya takes us outside the box into a dimension where we come face to face with our higher selves. To hear the words of Sanaya as they come through ... to sit in the presence of that energy ... is a palpable experience of higher vibration ... of love. To read Sanaya's words can have the same result when you tune in to that finer energy as you read." Just Breathe

Should you falter on your path, stop for a moment and catch your breath. Breathe in deeply if you can. This slows the brain, giving it oxygen, and pulls vital Life Force energy through the rest of the physical vessel. Oxygen is far more important than you think. Just as your blood carries nutrients to the cells, oxygen carries an energy you cannot see, but an energy that enlivens the spirit nonetheless.

Take in a breath and relax, knowing that upon this very breath rides consciousness. Oxygenate the body. Exercise is most beneficial for this task, preventing not just physical stagnation, but spiritual as well, for the very reasons stated above.

Yes, you may stumble. Deep breaths will bring you back to a state of peace. You can pick yourself up and dust yourself off if you fall to the side of your path. Stand there and breathe deeply for a few moments, and in that very act of breathing you will once again find your way.

  1. This ties in nicely with yesterday's piece. Breathe, and enter the silent space to join with the Greater Self.

    Breathe. Surrender. Relief.

  2. The collective term, "Oxygen" is actually a carrying word for some 17 gas forms we simultaneously breathe, including water vapor -- excluding water vapor it's just 16 gas forms...the majority form being, actually, Nitrogen -- the one that glows inside us may well be the next one down in percentage: Argon -- but one that glows more whitely could be Krypton...
