Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers:

Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. This energy comes from a higher dimension than our own. When I bring through Sanaya's words, I am "tapping in" to Higher Consciousness. I am allowing that Consciousness to express itself through my body: through my brain, through my vocal cords, my arms, my hands, and also through my pen. Sanaya would not need a name, except for our human need to put labels on things and place our experiences into well-defined boxes. Sanaya takes us outside the box into a dimension where we come face to face with our higher selves. To hear the words of Sanaya as they come through ... to sit in the presence of that energy ... is a palpable experience of higher vibration ... of love. To read Sanaya's words can have the same result when you tune in to that finer energy as you read." In Waves

The flutter of a bird’s wings … so soft you barely hear it.  The flap of a butterfly’s wings … this sets up a vibration.  You have heard that such a vibration is felt around the world.  In a sense this is true.  All is energy and everything vibrates –even your thoughts and most especially your emotions.  These go out from your mind and body in a wave of energy much like that caused by the wings in motion.

Where does a wave stop?  It goes on and on in the great sea of energy in which you swim.  You are touched by the waves of billions of others.  The mass consciousness does have an effect on each of you, but so do your individual thoughts.  What you send out does come back to you and does touch others.
You do make a difference.  Flap your wings and soar, sending out wave after wave of love so as to raise the vibrations of those around you.  Be a healer in your own right and help to heal the world.
