Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. This energy comes from a higher dimension than our own. When I bring through Sanaya's words, I am "tapping in" to Higher Consciousness. I am allowing that Consciousness to express itself through my body: through my brain, through my vocal cords, my arms, my hands, and also through my pen. Sanaya would not need a name, except for our human need to put labels on things and place our experiences into well-defined boxes. Sanaya takes us outside the box into a dimension where we come face to face with our higher selves. To hear the words of Sanaya as they come through ... to sit in the presence of that energy ... is a palpable experience of higher vibration ... of love. Ah, yes. You
set a goal for yourself. Perhaps you
were going to eat certain food in certain amounts for a certain number of days
and you did not do so. Perhaps you were
going to change a lifelong habit and you fell back into your old ways. And what happened? You fell back into your old ways of thinking
badly of yourself. Habits, habits,
habits. What are they? Patterns of behavior. And what are you? A pattern of energy, here to learn and grown
and to learn and grow to love.
Can you love yourself—this pattern of energy you
call “you” just the way you are without changing your patterns of
behavior? Ah, yes. There’s the question. It may be difficult for you to do when you
see with your human eyes. So, shift to
seeing with the eyes of the soul, which understands human behavior and
patterns. There you will find compassion
for the human side. There you will find
understanding and patience. There you
will be free of shoulds and incriminations … free to simply be love as you look
at your human self with the understanding that you are perfect just the way you
are, you beautiful soul.
Shift from seeing through human eyes and start seeing through the eyes of the soul. A great lesson and blessing to learn!
ReplyDeleteThank you. I needed this message. I am working at allowing. I am sending myself love. I do believe it is all unfolding perfectly. I just sometimes fall into my old patterns of judging myself harshly. I do MUCH prefer applying love and compassion. This seedling still has plenty of weeds to pull. But I do see the beauty and peace that is mine already. Thank you for the cheerleading. Thank you for the reminding, my friend!
