Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers:

Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. This energy comes from a higher dimension than our own. When I bring through Sanaya's words, I am "tapping in" to Higher Consciousness. I am allowing that Consciousness to express itself through my body: through my brain, through my vocal cords, my arms, my hands, and also through my pen. Sanaya would not need a name, except for our human need to put labels on things and place our experiences into well-defined boxes. Sanaya takes us outside the box into a dimension where we come face to face with our higher selves. To hear the words of Sanaya as they come through ... to sit in the presence of that energy ... is a palpable experience of higher vibration ... of love. To read Sanaya's words can have the same result when you tune in to that finer energy as you read." No Limits

This is how it begins: with trust. Trust that the words will come. And then surrender. Surrendering the ego, which wants to say, “You are making this up.” But in your heart you know the truth: There is a greater aspect to all of you—far greater than your minds with their present focus on earthly things can imagine. Remove your focus from human attributes and yes—soar—as high as you can fly. There along the way you will meet guides and helpers and the Self … your Higher Self.

Pause while you enjoy this free flight and get to know your Self. It is hand-in-hand with this unlimited aspect of yourself that you will bring into your life all that you dream of accomplishing and all that you need to know. You will come back to earth again, of course, but once you have made the acquaintance with your unlimited Self you will never again settle for limitations.

How high can you fly? The sky is not the limit at all.
