Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers:

Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. This energy comes from a higher dimension than our own. When I bring through Sanaya's words, I am "tapping in" to Higher Consciousness. I am allowing that Consciousness to express itself through my body: through my brain, through my vocal cords, my arms, my hands, and also through my pen. Sanaya would not need a name, except for our human need to put labels on things and place our experiences into well-defined boxes. Sanaya takes us outside the box into a dimension where we come face to face with our higher selves. To hear the words of Sanaya as they come through ... to sit in the presence of that energy ... is a palpable experience of higher vibration ... of love. To read Sanaya's words can have the same result when you tune in to that finer energy as you read." What Do You Expect?

Expectations … they follow a spectrum from high to low, from beyond the stars to none at all.  From whence come these hopes and dreams or lack thereof?  All come from a seed of an idea.  All arise from the mind, and there they are left to you to grow.  Even if you have no expectations, the seed is still there, or you would not be aware of the lack.  Is this not so?

How will you choose to nurture your ideas?  Expectations go hand in hand with belief.  If you think you can, you can.  It is that simple.  If you have no expectations, it is quite likely the seed will never sprout.

Expectations are fed by your own mind, yes, but do you not also allow others to feed them?  Be aware always of your thoughts.  How high can you raise your expectations?  Why, there is no limit, for you, like your Creator, have no bounds.  Consciousness is infinite.  Reach for the sky, and then soar beyond it.

  1. A reminder to keep my consciousness wide open and my mouth close.
