Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers:

Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. This energy comes from a higher dimension than our own. When I bring through Sanaya's words, I am "tapping in" to Higher Consciousness. I am allowing that Consciousness to express itself through my body: through my brain, through my vocal cords, my arms, my hands, and also through my pen. Sanaya would not need a name, except for our human need to put labels on things and place our experiences into well-defined boxes. Sanaya takes us outside the box into a dimension where we come face to face with our higher selves. To hear the words of Sanaya as they come through ... to sit in the presence of that energy ... is a palpable experience of higher vibration ... of love. To read Sanaya's words can have the same result when you tune in to that finer energy as you read." Choices

A fly is an irritant to you.  It carries disease, you have been told.  Then why does it exist at all?  Each creature on earth serves a purpose, or it would not exist.  You swat the fly or shoo it away.  Do others do the same to you, seeing you as an irritant?
You serve a purpose as well.  Billions of humans walk the earth, and each of them serves a purpose, else they would not be here.  You are part of the miracle of Life—one of the chosen to be here as a human instead of as a fly.  So highly evolved are you that you can reason and make choices that a horse or dog cannot.
All creatures have the capacity to love.  Only the human makes the choice to give or withhold love.  Only the human makes a choice to be a deliberate irritant.  How very lucky you are.  Will you spread your wings today and fly or be an irritant?
The next time you see a fly, thank it for the lesson.
