Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers:

Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. This energy comes from a higher dimension than our own. When I bring through Sanaya's words, I am "tapping in" to Higher Consciousness. I am allowing that Consciousness to express itself through my body: through my brain, through my vocal cords, my arms, my hands, and also through my pen. Sanaya would not need a name, except for our human need to put labels on things and place our experiences into well-defined boxes. Sanaya takes us outside the box into a dimension where we come face to face with our higher selves. To hear the words of Sanaya as they come through ... to sit in the presence of that energy ... is a palpable experience of higher vibration ... of love. To read Sanaya's words can have the same result when you tune in to that finer energy as you read." Buttons

“You push my buttons.”  What does this mean?  You place blame upon another for knowing exactly what it is that “makes you angry” or causes you upset.  Isn’t that interesting?

Buttons are programmed, and oh, so totally illusory.  They are not real at all, yet you have made them so real that others know exactly how to get a reaction out of you.  Who is in control here?  You say that you do not want to give up free will and be like a puppet on a string to God, yet look who you allow to push your buttons and thus pull your strings.

No one outside of yourself actually causes you anger or makes you react in any way other than your very choosing.  You push all of those buttons yourself.  It is a choice that becomes quite unconscious after a while.  You can program new buttons.  It is not without effort, but quite worthwhile.  Or why not have no buttons at all and surrender completely to your Source?  You will find it far preferable to being prodded by all of those button pushers.
