Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. This energy comes from a higher dimension than our own. When I bring through Sanaya's words, I am "tapping in" to Higher Consciousness. I am allowing that Consciousness to express itself through my body: through my brain, through my vocal cords, my arms, my hands, and also through my pen. The Healing Touch

Connection.  It is all important.  The healing touch of a hand on a shoulder does wonders.  A soft caress for no apparent reason speaks volumes.  Do not send love merely with the eyes or a kind word.  These are healing in themselves, but in a human world where most fail to feel the interconnectedness of all that is, touch is a gift of utmost importance.  Touch often and freely and open hearts as you do so, least of all your own.

Note from Suzanne:  As I type this from the hand-written message received in meditation, Madonna is playing on the radio, singing over and over, “Put your hand on my skin … Put your hand on my skin ... ”  Once again, the timing is Divine!  Blessings to all!
