Who is Sanaya? Suzanne Giesemann answers: "Sanaya (pronounced "sah-NIGH-ah") has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. This energy comes from a higher dimension than our own. When I bring through Sanaya's words, I am "tapping in" to Higher Consciousness. I am allowing that Consciousness to express itself through my body: through my brain, through my vocal cords, my arms, my hands, and also through my pen. On Purpose

Into every life come challenges.  Were it not so, there would be no point in being human.  How you handle them is the test—the test of being human.  You cannot stay here forever.  The human body is a beautiful instrument, but it does break down.  At times this is intentional, caused by poor choices; at others, merely the aging of the machine.  Before it gives out on you, you may want to use it for the purpose for which it was designed.  It houses and expresses the most beautiful treasure of all—the spirit that is you.  Treat this vessel with love and respect.  You have a lot more learning to do.
